We want you to feel confident trying EyeLiftX. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return and refund. Products may be opened and tried.

To start a return, use our contact form at https://eyeliftx.com/pages/contact. Please include your order number. Do not send a return before contacting us; we will provide return instructions.

For an ordinary return under our 30-day money-back guarantee, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Once an eligible return is received and approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the same form. EyeLiftX will cover the appropriate replacement or return costs.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
